Jennifer Kmiec is Executive Director of The Committee of 100, a non-profit, non-partisan organization of business leaders that promotes responsible economic development in Delaware. She was a founding director and is immediate past chair of the Delaware BioScience Association, and served as the first executive director of the Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance (DESCA). Jennifer also founded Inspiring Women in STEM, which organizes leadership and professional development conferences for women in STEM careers. She currently serves as co-chair of Million Women Mentors - Delaware.
Prior to her non-profit leadership roles, Jennifer held positions in operations, product management and scientific research at biotechnology companies, She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Illinois University, and a Master of Administration from the University of California at Davis.
